The Children’s Iniative

  • Directed NGO operations by managing a magnet school and civic center; scaling a student leadership pipeline model; designing, monitoring, and evaluating youth-centered education initiatives (soccer, etc.) that boosted student recruitment and retention, created jobs, and empowered indigenous communities in rural Honduras.

  • Mobilized resources and partnerships by driving fundraising strategy, securing foundation grants, and coordinating cross-cultural collaboration to expand NGO impact.

  • Led parallel initiatives including widespread reforestation, cash crop and food/water security improvements.
